The Elite™ and Super Elite™ ranges of concrete floating pontoons are a heavy duty option which use a solid monotlithic floating system. The Elite system is protected by a heavy duty polyethylene skin that is a tough, flexible and able to withstand heavy impact. It also allows the system to expand and contract independently from the flotation and the reinforced concreatedeck.

The specially formulated concreate deck has an average concrete thicknessof 125mm and is smartly finished with a custimised aluminium waler that incorporates either a unique press in rubber fender which eliminates the needs for screws, or the new Superior Fender which has varying levels of impact absorption for any size vessel. The deck can be finished with a variety of materials or a 'broom' concreate finish. 

Utility services such as power, water, data and fire services can easily be incorporated via purpose built conduit ducts running inside the pontoon. A dry berth pontoon is an option for owners of small to medium sized vessels up to 2 tonnes who want to safely dry store a boat at their property on a natural waterway or canal. Utilising a "one size fits all" roller system, an electric winch and a specially shaped pontoon surface, an individual can quickly and simply store theirboat on top of the pontoon to allow for easy maintenance and access while minimising the craft's exposure to the effects of constant immersion.

Pontoons can be secured by a variety of methods to allow for site specific factors and application needs. Piles sunk into the sea bed and securely attached to the pontoon, while still allowing flotation for tide and weather conditions, are often chosen when maximum security for the berthing of a larger vessel is required.

Strut and gangway securing is an economical alternative for most private leisure craft in moderately calm conditions. Cable attachment is yet another option in situations that are relatively close to shore in sheltered conditions such as canal estates and lakes.
